Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the refund status.Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.
